Doing Our Bit
The health board has recently signed up to #DoingOurBit, an online platform exclusively for NHS staff featuring a range of fitness workouts that Cardiff and Vale staff can now access free of charge
To access the platform, employees need to register using their NHS email address. We are aware that a number of employees do not currently have access to an NHS email address, and the Employee Health and Wellbeing Service is working to find a solution to ensure that all staff can access the platform should they want to.
If any members of your team would like to access the #DoingOurBit platform but don’t currently have access to an NHS email address, please send a list of their names to Nicky Bevan at Nicola.Bevan3@wales.nhs.uk so access to the platform can be arranged for them once a solution is identified.
