Our Apprenticeship Academy was established in 2019 and since then we have recruited 81 apprentices in different professions such as Administration, Digital, IT, Estates, Healthcare Science and Healthcare Support Workers.

78% of our completed apprentices find a permanent role and usually within their host department.

Our ambition is to grow this programme so that we can offer more of these opportunities and build our workforce of the future.
