Reviewing applicants at shortlisting stage with reference to the Rapid Shortlisting Guide enables the appointing manager to complete all actions for each applicant on one page.

Please remember: Any notes you make in the 'Shortlisters notes' section will automatically be carried through the interview pack - be mindful that such notes could be subject to a FOI request.
