NWSSP Recruitment are introducing drop-in clinics for Recruiting Managers to compliment the Trac training workshops they deliver. They will run via MS Teams every Friday between 2-4pm from April 23rd.
The sessions have been designed as follow-ups to the training workshops should recruiting managers have any further queries about their Trac/Recruitment responsibilities, or where managers have not used the system for some time and want refresher information without having to attend a full training workshop. We understand a key challenge for recruiting managers can be getting used to using the system itself due to the infrequency to which some of them recruit, so these drop-ins aim to provide additional support.
Managers can book into the drop-in clinics via the link Recruitment Drop-In Clinics
In addition to the drop-in clinics, NWSSP Recruitment will continue to offer virtual Trac training, via Microsoft Teams. The latest training dates are:
22 June – 09:30-12:00
16th July-09:30-12:00
If anyone wants to book onto the virtual Trac training, they should contact NWSSP.TracTraining@wales.nhs.uk
