The new NHS Wales Respect and Resolution Policy follows the ethos and looks very much like our NHS Wales Managing Attendance at Work policy – it’s fully interactive and engaging and includes a number of detailed  'how to' guides to support managers with the various stages of resolving workplace disagreements, conflicts and complaints . These consist of:
