The Respect and Resolution Policy is aimed at securing constructive and lasting solutions to workplace disagreements, conflicts and complaints. It replaces the All Wales Dignity at Work and Grievance Policies. This one hour session will introduce you to the new policy and give you an opportunity to ask questions relating to it’s use in Cardiff & Vale UHB. This session replicates the National Sessions on Healthy Working Relationships and therefore you will not need to attend if you attended one of those sessions.
