Sometimes jobs cannot be matched to a National Profile, this is usually because they are a unique job for which there is no profile that the post can be matched to or there is an element of this job that scores too highly and makes it a no match.
If a post cannot be matched to a profile then the post will need to be evaluated. To do this a Job Analysis Questionnaire must be completed. You will be supported in this by trained Job Analysts.
