People Assurance & Experience

The People Assurance & Experience Team's main focus is ensuring that high quality, compliant, expert advice and support is available to staff throughout the UHB.

This includes:

• Providing specialised advice on NHS Terms & Conditions of Service and Employment Law
• Co-ordinating the development and review of Employment Policies & Procedures
• Partnership Working (including organising the Local Partnership Forum and its sub groups)
• Managing the Agenda for Change Job Evaluation process
• Co-ordinating the Voluntary Early Release Scheme
• Co-ordinating staff benefits including Total Reward Statements, the Annual Leave Purchase Scheme and the Car Lease Scheme
• Executive Director recruitment

The People Assurance & Experience Team is based at Woodland House.
