Infected Blood Inquiry

On 2 July 2018 an Independent Inquiry into Infected Blood and Blood Products was launched. The Inquiry is examining the  circumstances in which men, women and children treated by the NHS in the UK were given infected blood and blood products, in particular since 1970. We are working with Haemophilia Wales to ensure that individuals wishing to access their medical records can do so as easily as possible.

Cardiff and Vale UHB, along with other public bodies, has adopted the Charter for families bereaved by public tragedies.
