Monthly Newsletter

The Employee Wellbeing Service also produce a monthly newsletter with a different theme every month. The newsletter themes are based upon wellbeing events in the yearly calendar, such as, sleep or stress awareness week. The newsletter provides information about the theme of the month, as well as, helpful resources for managing employee wellbeing, advertising our workshops for that month, and signposting to support external from our service.
