Apprenticeship opportunities

Everyone who completes our apprenticeship programme gains a nationally recognised qualification. If you secure a permanent position we can also look at what other development may be suitable for you.

If you meet the needs of the team and the qualification you will be guaranteed an interview at the end of the apprenticeship period. This is usually decided 3 months before the end of the apprenticeship contract.

The length of an apprenticeship depends on the programme. Our apprenticeships typically run from 15 months to 4 years.

Each apprenticeship is designed for a specific role, so to find the right apprenticeship you need to ask yourself what are you passionate about, what do you enjoy doing and how it will play to your strengths.

This will vary depending on the delivery of your qualification. In most cases, apprentices are allocated time for monthly assessor visits in the workplace. Assessor visits will last for no more than 2 hours and will be face to face or virtual depending on what is required. For those who need day release for college this will form part of your contracted hours.

We offer a wide range of apprenticeships, these cover areas such as Administration, Digital, IT, Estates, Healthcare Science and Healthcare Support Workers.
