Not signed off - in discussion stage

  • With Changes – You have two options here.
    • If it is a fairly recent job plan and just needs some changes then you can edit the job plan itself, using the pencil icon, and then request sign off by the clinician when the changes have been made.
    • If it is approaching, or is over, 12 months then you should ideally lock it down and start a new plan. To do this click on the 3 dots to the right and select ‘Lock down’. Confirm that you want to proceed and click on the 3 dots again to select ‘End job Plan’. Choose the correct date for the plan to end and click ‘save’. You can now use the ‘edit and republish job plan’ option by clicking on the 3 dots to start the new plan.

Note: you will also have the option to restart the plan, we advise you not to use this option on unsigned job plans. This option will just save another copy of the unsigned plan, that has not been through the sign off stages, and it will show as ‘locked down’.

  • No Changes - Click on the 3 dots, select ‘Lock down’ and confirm that you want to proceed. Click on the 3 dots again and select ‘End job Plan’. Choose the correct date for the plan to end and click ‘save’. You can now use the ‘Republish job plan’ option to send a copy of the previous job plan to the clinician again for review and sign off.

  • Completely New Plan – If you want to start a blank new job plan then either use the ‘Edit and Publish’ option in the name bar to open a new plan to edit yourself, or use the ‘Publish’ option to publish a blank job plan to the clinician for them to complete.

Please note that when you complete these actions the clinician will be sent a notification by the system.

In addition to the above options you can also Republish and Edit and Republish any previous job plans. These options will be available via the 3 dots to the right of any previous historic job plans.
