Information and Support Centres

Our Centres provide information, support and signposting for patients, carers, visitors and staff on a wide range of health issues including:

Cancer
Long-term health conditions
Financial support, grants and welfare benefits
Support for carers and their families
Public health
Local and national services supporting health and wellbeing

Sarah is the manager for the Centres and works with the Patient Experience Team and the volunteers to provide information, support and signposting to information.
