Patient Experience Survey Volunteers

We are looking for a small but dedicated team of Patient Experience Survey Volunteers to gather valuable feedback from our service users. If you’re confident in approaching people for a chat please consider applying. 

This is an excellent opportunity to experience life in a hospital environment and contribute to improving the Health Board experience.  The role will be carried out across our hospital sites in Cardiff, between Monday and Friday, and the hours of 9:00am to 4:00pm.

Applications will close Wednesday 1st March 2023 or until we have a substantial number of people interested in the role. Interviews take place on 9th and 10th of March.
