UpToDate is a clinical decision support resource you can use to find evidence-based guidance on managing thousands of conditions. It is available from:  Search - UpToDate .

To access the app, using a CAVUHB PC, click on "Register" on the top right of the UptoDate homepage and create an account. You can now download it to your phone from your usual app store.  

BMJ Best Practice

BMJ Best Practice  is a clinical decision support tool, uniquely structured around the patient consultation, with advice on symptom evaluation, tests to order and treatment approach.  It includes patient information leaflets. 

Clinical guidelines, procedures and pathways, and medicines information 

Find links to a number of resources, including BNF, BNFC, iRefer, Medicines Complete, and WISDOM, on the NHS Wales e-Library website. 

ClinicalKey

Use ClinicalKey to access clinical summaries, practice guidelines, multi-lingual patient information resources, and over 18,000 videos and images relating to all medical and surgical specialities. Access via the NHS Wales e-Library website.
