The People Services Team provides professional advice and training to staff and managers on a range of workforce issues and developments including organisational change, sickness absence, disciplinary and capability management.

We are committed to working in partnership with trade union representatives in order to maintain an effective and productive workforce and make CAV UHB a great place to work and learn, for everyone.
