What if I don't want the vaccination or had it done somewhere else?

It is your decision whether to have the flu vaccination, although highly recommended.

If you have already had the vaccine somewhere else (e.g. from your GP) then please send this information to Occupational Health using the same form so we know what proportion of our workforce is protected.
