University Hospital of Wales, Cardiff

The Children's Kidney Centre at the University Hospital of Wales provides tertiary level paediatric nephrology care for children in South and West Wales, This includes acute and chronic dialysis. Most kidney transplants take care at Bristol Children's Hospital. Some children with rare conditions are transplated at Great Ormond Street Hospital and children over 16 years of age are transplanted by the adult team at UHW.
