Cwm Taf Health Board now includes the Princess of Wales Hospital in Bridgend, Prince Charles Hospital in Merthyr Tydfil and the Royal Glamorgan Hospital in Llantrisant. Paediatric nephrology at these latter two sites is overseen by Dr Ezzat Afifi. A joint clinic with Dr Raj Krishnan, consultant paediatric nephrologist from UHW, is held at Ysbyty Cwm Cynon in Mountain Ash every 4 months.
