Chronic Pain Outpatient Clinics

Clinics held in both University Hospital of Wales and Llandough Hospital on various week days.
 
Patients are asked to report to the reception desk on clinic ten minutes before their appointment time to fill out assessment forms and also to bring along a list of their current medications.   
If day case procedures and injection treatments are indicated patients are admitted to the Day Surgical Unit at Llandough Hospital.
