The scheme allows you to purchase a bike and accessories tax-free through local bike shops or online. Cycle to Work is a salary sacrifice scheme where you can spread the total cost. The Cardiff and Vale University Health Board scheme is managed by Vivup, which also gives you discounts in major retailers.
