Restaurant Facilities

Y Gegin restaurant is situated on the Upper Ground Floor of A Block and is open 7 days a week from 7.30am.

There are also a number of Aroma outlets serving great coffee, homemade sandwich selections, cakes and more in modern surroundings.  In addition to the two Aroma outlets in the Concourse, they are also to be found as follows:

• Aroma in Y Gegin - Monday to Friday 6.30am - 5.00pm
• Aroma in X-ray / Radiology - Monday to Friday 7.00am - 4.00pm
• Aroma in the Women's Unit - Monday to Friday 9.00am to 3.30pm
• Aroma in the Children's Hospital Outpatients Department - 7.30am to 5.00pm.

Facilities in the UHW Concourse

The Concourse is situated on the ground floor at the main entrance of the hospital and has a small retail area that includes a post office and a small selection of shops.

The Macmillan Information and Support Centre is also situated in the Concourse.

Cashpoints

There are a number of cashpoints at UHW which are located as follows:

• at the Post Office, Concourse
• outside the Security Office, upper ground floor, A Block
• in the Children’s Hospital for Wales, adjacent to the main clinic reception and Aroma outlet
• in the IV Lounge, adjacent to the Cochrane Building.
