Foundation Apprenticeship in Team Leading Level 2 Cymraeg

This programme is intended for individuals who have a responsibility for the work of others. It is suitable for people who are entering management, or who have the ability and the opportunity to demonstrate recognisable leadership skills, for example, providing leadership for your team, encouraging innovation, allocating and checking work.

This is a nationally designed training programme that develops management skills through a combination of work-based learning, classroom training and assignments. This blended approach maximises the learning potential and organisational value while maintaining a flexible and dynamic structure for managers.

On completion of this apprenticeship you will achieve the following:

  • Foundation Apprenticeship in Team Leading
  • ILM Level 2 Diploma in Team Leading
  • Essential Application of Number Skills Level 1, Essential Communication Skills Level 1 and Essential Digital Literacy Skills Level 1

Apprenticeship in Management Level 3 Cymraeg

 

This qualification is aimed at practising first line managers. These individuals may still engage in some of the tasks performed by their fellow team members but generally they will be much more involved in managerial tasks than other team members. Candidates should have the ability and the opportunity to demonstrate recognisable management and

leadership skills, for example, providing leadership, recruitment, planning and implementing change, managing a budget, managing a project, marketing and customer service.

This is a nationally designed training programme that develops management skills through an integrated combination of work-based learning, classroom training and assignments. This blended approach maximises the learning potential and organisational value while maintaining a flexible and dynamic structure for managers.

On completion of this apprenticeship you will achieve the following:

  • Advanced Apprenticeship in Management
  • ILM Level 3 Diploma in Management
  • Essential Application of Number Skills Level 2, Essential Communication Skills Level 2 and Essential Digital Literacy Skills Level 2

Higher Apprenticeship in Management Level 5 Cymraeg

This programme will enhance core management capabilities for those in a senior management role. They would be expected to play an integral role in setting and supporting organisation’s objectives through a wide range of functions, such as, completing reviews of policies and procedures, managing a team, providing leadership within their area of responsibility and encouraging staff to take responsibility for their own development. This programme is delivered through the workplace, with evidence gathered through real work activities. The Essential Skills of literacy, numeracy and ICT are also integrated into the work produced and are recognised and accredited. Please note there are 5 external workshops attached to this qualification.

On completion of the framework, the candidate will receive the following qualifications/certificates:

  • ILM NVQ Diploma in Management and Leadership (53 credits)

  • OCR Level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership ( 40 credits)

  • Essential Application of Number Skills Level 2, Essential Communication Skills Level 2 and Essential Digital Literacy Skills Level 2
