Getting in touch with compliments, general feedback and complaints

The Public Health Team at Cardiff and Vale University Health Board would like to hear from you.

Please share any compliments, general feedback/requests and/or complaints with the team so we can continue to improve the services we deliver and make sure they meet the Health Board’s values and Duty of Quality commitment.

For compliments – positive experiences of our services which have met or exceeded standards – we encourage you to speak with us directly or complete this feedback form. We record and share compliments within the team to evidence where we are getting things right.

For general feedback and/or service requests, again, please contact us directly or complete our feedback form. All feedback will be recorded and shared to inform continuous improvement.

For complaints – negative experiences with our team outputs or services which have not met expected standards or values – please use the formal complaints process Complaints - Cardiff and Vale University Health Board. If you would like to speak with a member of the Public Health Team about your complaint, please do not hesitate to contact us directly.
