What do Patient Voice Volunteers do?

Patient Voice Volunteers support the ongoing work across the organisation, ensuring that the voices of the service users at the Health Board are being heard. They do this through spending time undertaking premade feedback surveys with our service users and sharing positive feedback with Health Board staff. There is more to the role and we encourage you to read the full volunteer role description before you decide if the role is for you.
