During your first appointment we will focus on assessing your treatment needs. As part of that process it may be necessary to take x-rays and medical history. Please ensure that you understand your treatment needs by discussing any concerns with the clinician.
At the initial appointment you will be told whether we are in a position to provide treatment. Your name will then be placed on the appropriate waiting list.
If you are unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible so someone else may be offered the appointment.
If you need to cancel an appointment, please telephone the main Switchboard on 029 2074 7747, and ask to be transferred to the Dental Hospital. Cancellations requested via e mail will not be accepted.
Failure to attend an appointment with the students will usually result in discharge. Our students need their patients to attend if they are to graduate.
