Welfare Rights, Benefits and Finance

Finance is a difficult thing to talk about when you’re living with cancer. There are several ways to find out what you are entitled to:

If you are visiting University Hospital of Wales or University Hospital Llandough, or are from the area, the Cardiff and Vale Information Support Centre can provide information https://cavuhb.nhs.wales/patient-advice/patient-experience/information-and-support-centres/

Patients in Swansea Bay Health Board can contact Macmillan information pods at Singleton and Neath Port Talbot hospitals - 07971549779, or Morriston Hospital – 07891165215

If you live in the Aneurin Bevan University Health Board, Macmillan Welfare benefits service can be contacted at the Royal Gwent Hospital on 01873 733151 or Macmillan.Benefits.ABB@wales.nhs.uk

For other areas, enter your location on the Macmillan website to find local advice
