Internal Secondment Opportunity: Roster Coordinator, Mass Immunisations & Testing Service

To ensure we can continue to successfully deliver against the requirements of COVID mass Immunisation & Testing programmes, an exciting opportunity has arisen for 1-2 Roster Coordinators to join our team.  

You will work closely with the Clinical Team Leads across both Mass Immunisation and Testing to ensure rosters are developed, maintained and produced in line with operational requirements.  

This role would suit individuals who are familiar with rostering from an administrative perspective, with a primary focus on engagement and maximizing the utilisation of the existing workforce (including Bank/Temporary staffing) and further expanding our pool to meet the operational delivery requirements, in conjunction with the wider team.  

Key requirements; 
  • Developed communication skills – verbal and written 
  • Experienced in the use of excel with a great eye for detail.  
  • The ability to turnaround tasks at short notice, whilst maintaining accuracy will be critical 
  • Be adaptable and flexible to changes.
