“As a Clinical Nurse Specialist my learning has been very clinical. However, I am now at a stage where my learning, through leadership, is more strategic.”
“Being a nurse at Cardiff and Vale University Health Board has given me so many opportunities. It has exposed me to such complexities in care. It has given me the opportunity to work with the most inspiring, intelligent and driven people.
More importantly, it has given me the opportunity to work with such amazing patients who challenge and inspire me daily.”
“If I had to do it all again, I would still choose to be a nurse. To be part of peoples’ lives at their most vulnerable and be able to make a difference is such a privilege that should never be taken for granted. It still challenges me, and you never stop learning and being inspired.”
