Pre-Employment Health Questionnaire |
| Please note that if you are sending a Pre-Employment Health Questionnaire, our current turnaround time is 2 weeks, if we have all the information we require to clear the applicant . For clearance check please contact Recruitment after this period. If you have sent in a Self Declaration form, and have ticked No, a clearance letter won't be issued, as recruitment will already be aware of your clearance status. |

Management Referrals |
| Due to a significant increase in referrals, we are currently offering appointments around 4 to 5 weeks. Referring Managers can access guidance on making a referral on this Document . |
