A wide range of clinical skills training programmes are provided in Cardiff and Vale UHB for both registered and unregistered staff. All courses are delivered by experienced facilitators from clinical practice who have up to date specialist knowledge of the skill being taught.
Details of all clinical skills training programmes can be found in the Essential Skills section (section 2) of the Learning, Education and Development department (LED) Training Prospectus. Please note you will need to be up to date with your mandatory training in order to book a place on one of these courses.
Significant work is currently being undertaken by the LED team in relation to clinical skills training and clinical competence.
