Winning Temp

As part of our People and Culture Plan we want to engage with, and motivate, a healthy workforce which will help improve overall staff experience and help make Cardiff and Vale University Health Board a better place to work.

Winning Temp gives colleagues in those roles the opportunity to give feedback and raise concerns about their workplace anonymously and at a time and place convenient to them. It can be accessed through the app stores or on a desktop.

Through the app colleagues can raise concerns and give views on their staff experiences as well as being able to share suggestions on how they can be better supported.

Staff will be invited to respond to questions through the app weekly over the next four months which will help build a picture of employee wellbeing in real time.

All data is secure and only made available to the Health Board in anonymised form. The information gathered through responses will be fed back to Directors of Nursing and Clinical Board Directors for discussion and senior leadership can then determine ways to manage short term challenges and longer-term issues.
