About the East Cardiff Menopause Hub

The East Cardiff Menopause Hub provides:

Structured, patient-centred care in a local GP practice
Consultations with GPs with experience in menopause
Menopause Café sessions to share experiences and get support
Links to other Cluster services for full support
Clinical sessions offered weekly

Who can attend?

You may be eligible if you:

Are aged 40–65 years
Have menopause or perimenopause symptoms
Have not started HRT
Do not have complex medical conditions
Are registered with an East Cardiff Cluster GP practice

Even if your symptoms feel confusing or overwhelming, the clinic is here to listen, support and guide you safely through menopause.

Referrals

Via your GP if you are registered at one of the following practices:
• Brynderwen/Minster surgery
• Llan Health Care
• Rumney Primary Care Centre
• Willowbrook Surgery
