Outpatient clinics take place at the following places:
| University Hospital of Wales | Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday morning |
| Llandough Hospital | Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday morning |
Patients are asked to report to the reception desk on clinic ten minutes before their appointment time to fill out assessment forms and also to bring along a list of their current medications.
If day case procedures and injection treatments are indicated patients are admitted to the Day Surgical Unit at Llandough Hospital.
