In addition to our weekly Thursday clinic 9am-11.30am in Suite 17, Outpatient Department, University Hospital of Wales, Heath Park, Cardiff, CF14 4XW and for your convenience we are currently running several community clinics where you can attend for your initial consultation or review.
Appointments are not always necessary but are encouraged by calling 02921 843618 or 02921 848159. Please leave a message, state your name, date of birth, a contact number and the time you would like to attend. We may contact you if we require further details. Under some circumstances a home visit can also be arranged.
