The Emergency Unit at the University Hospital of Wales is currently facing significant demand, which may mean longer waiting times. Please only attend if it is an emergency.

If you think you need to be seen at the Emergency Unit, please phone first by calling 111. A call handler will assess your symptoms and if further assessment is needed, a CAV 24/7 clinician will call you back.
