Cardiff is set to be busy this weekend as Oasis kicks off their stadium tour at the Principality Stadium.
A full city centre road closure will be in place today (Friday 4th July) and tomorrow (Saturday 5th July) from 3pm until midnight.
The M4 is also expected to be very busy due to the number of fans travelling to watch the concerts on Friday and Saturday. Be sure to plan your journeys in advance and ensure you leave additional time to travel.
Enjoy the concert by staying hydrated and if you do drink, please make sure you drink responsibly to avoid extra pressure on our NHS services.
To do this, you could:
Try swapping what you would usually drink for something smaller, for example a smaller glass of wine or a bottle of beer instead of a pint.
Try a lower strength drink with fewer units or lower alcohol content (ABV).
Alternate between alcoholic drinks and soft drinks, or a glass of water.
Only drink alcohol with a meal.
Help us ensure our Emergency Unit can deal with those who really need it this weekend by using our services appropriately and only attending in an emergency.
Patients should attend the emergency unit if:
