Llantrisant Health Park: The Health Park is an important example of how the three health boards are planning together to improve access to tests, scans and planned surgery for people across south-east Wales.

South East Wales Regional Ophthalmology Programme: The South East Wales Regional Ophthalmology Programme was established to help people access eye care more quickly by bringing together services from across the three health board areas. Through closer collaboration, the programme has improved the use of staff and facilities, reduced waiting times and ensured patients can be offered treatment at the first suitable location with available capacity across the region.
