Cardiff Medical Centre Sports & Social Club

The Cardiff Medical Centre (CMC) Sports & Social Club (SSC) is situated within the main UHW site.

We offer a wide range of training and fitness facilities, including a 25m swimming pool, fitness suite and sports halls, with a relaxing bar area serving hot and cold drinks and food.

Various membership and facility usage options are available including ‘pay-as-you-go’ and monthly direct debit payments. We offer discounts to Cardiff and Vale UHB and Cardiff University employees. Guests are welcome to use the facilities subject to times and availability.

Complex Opening Times

Monday to Friday – 6.30am (Pool from 7am) to 10pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 8pm
