At the end of the agreed honorary contract period, the Sponsoring Manager is responsible for ensuring the return of any Cardiff & Vale UHB property including ID cards, smartcard etc. and for ensuring that the individual’s access to Cardiff & Vale UHB buildings and computer systems is removed.
Where the activity ends, or is terminated earlier than expected, the Sponsoring Manager of the individual should notify the Recruitment team so that the appropriate records can be updated. The Sponsoring Manager retains the responsibility for ensuring the return of any Cardiff & Vale UHB property including ID cards, smartcard etc. and for ensuring that the individual’s access to Cardiff & Vale UHB buildings and computer systems is removed.
