Stop a Stroke Campaign
Cardiff and Vale UHB is working to enable Primary Care clinicians to help patients to make informed, supported decisions about their care and to ultimately reduce the incidence of stroke in patients with atrial fibrillation.
Our ‘Stop a Stroke’ campaign aims to highlight the need to review the provision of anticoagulation for patients with atrial fibrillation.
