Stop a Stroke Campaign - Patient Information

The Stop a Stroke campaign in Cardiff and Vale is designed to help you receive the most appropriate treatment if you are diagnosed with atrial fibrillation, and provide information to support your choice of anticoagulation in discussion with your healthcare professional.

A consultant haematologist, consultant stroke physician and specialist anticoagulation pharmacist are working closely with your GP Practice to ensure every patient with atrial fibrillation is treated in the most appropriate way for their risk of stroke.
