The Paediatric Emergency Unit is here to support all children who require emergency and acute healthcare support.
If you think your child, or a child you care, for requires urgent care, but it is not life-threatening, please call 111. By calling 111, a clinician will be able to assess the condition of the child and provide advice and access to urgent care as required. This may be within our Paediatric Emergency Unit, Minor Injuries Unit or an Emergency Primary Care Centre.
However, in life-threatening emergencies, please always remember to call 999.
