Hand Therapy Attendance Policy

Appointments are valuable. Please be aware that we are governed by the Welsh Assembly Government for rules on attendance.

1. If you do not attend your agreed appointment and do not let us know you will be discharged from the service.
2. If you are unable to attend an agreed appointment and do not give us adequate notice (24hrs) on 2 subsequent occasions, you will be discharged.

We would appreciate your help by keeping to your appointment and appointment time. Please contact the department with any queries regarding your appointment.
