Sore Throat

If you or your child (aged 5+) has a sore throat or suspected tonsilitis this winter, you can use the Common Ailment Service Management of Sore Throat to test and treat them if appropriate.

This is a free NHS service offered in many Community Pharmacies and means you can be assessed and receive advice and antibiotics, if appropriate, without needing to see your GP.
