Our specialist homelessness nurses offer a nurse led open clinic Monday to Friday between 9am and 12pm at the HOC for anybody experiencing homeless or is vulnerably housed. No appointment is required.
Our nurses provide a wide breadth of health care including wound care, foot care, minor ailment management, support with GP registration and access to the GP practices they may be registered with.
The nurses work closely with local hostels and the Huggard centre hostel including the day centre.
