Look after your heart this Valentine's Day

On Valentine's Day members of the Cardiothoracic Outpatients team at the University Hospital of Wales are providing a reminder to look after your heart.

In Wales, heart problems and circulatory disease are a major cause of ill health and death. According to the British Heart Foundation around 51,000 people in Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan live with heart-related diseases.  But there are many ways you can improve and protect your heart health.  

The team are doing the 10,000 Step Challenge for Heart Month to raise money and awareness for heart health.

Here are some healthy changes you can make to show your heart some love:
