Principle 6 – Integrity and confidentiality (security)

Personal data shall be processed in a manner that ensures appropriate security of the personal data, including protection against unauthorised or unlawful processing against accidental loss, destruction or damage, using the appropriate technical or organisational measures. The UHB will:

·         ensure that there are appropriate technical or organisational measures in place to protect personal data.
