Feedback In Focus

Feedback In Focus offers patients, families and members of the community an accessible way to give in-person feedback once a month in two different Cardiff and Vale Health Board locations.

How do we collect your feedback in person?

Once a month, members of the Feedback Team will be based in locations at the University Hospital of Wales or University Hospital Llandough (dates and times can be found below).

If you'd like to share your experiences of Cardiff and Vale University Health Board services in person, the Feedback Team can assist you in filling out a survey.

The team uses the All-Wales "People's Experience Survey" to ensure they are asking the right questions to every person, every time.
