Ceri Howard

Immunisation Co-ordinator

Ceri was appointed as an Immunisation Coordinator in C&VUHB in November 2020.
Ceri qualified as an adult nurse in 2001 and a Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (Health Visitor) in 2019. Ceri has variety of nursing experience across cardiology, gynaecology, practice nursing and health visiting. It was through her role as a general practice nurse and passion about public health that Ceri developed her interest in immunisation.

Charis Joyce

Immunisation Co-ordinator

Charis qualified as a nurse in 2003 and has worked in various secondary care roles including specialist nurse positions and Ward Manager. She holds a Certificate of Education (Masters level) and a Masters in Law (LLM Legal aspects of Medical Practice). She joined the Immunisation Co-ordinator Team in June 2022 and has a passion for education and reducing the inequalities in uptake of immunisations across Cardiff and Vale UHB.

Hannah Tinnuche

Immunisation Co-ordinator

Support immunisation pilots and provide clinical advice. Attend public health fairs and events to offer information on immunisations and engage in conversations with the public about vaccine uncertainty and diverse cultural beliefs.
Hannah is a fluent Welsh Speaker and a qualified adult-trained nurse with over 24 years of nursing experience across trauma and orthopaedics, specialist wound care, and school nursing. Since joining the Immunisation Team in June 2022 post-pandemic, she has developed a strong passion for vaccination. Hannah is especially committed to ensuring equal access to immunisation services and supporting hard-to-reach communities, including individuals experiencing homelessness.

Ruth Sutton

Immunisation Co-ordinator

Ruth qualified as a nurse in 1997 and since then has worked primarily in a primary care setting as a general practice nurse. The role involved management of chronic conditions, immunisations and treatment room work. Within this role she has developed a wealth of knowledge regarding immunisations and is now transferring this knowledge into the role of Immunisation Coordinator since joining the team in November 2025.
